MCQPREP is a study workspace that turns material you upload into practice exams, flashcards, summaries, and rewritten questions. It supports studying and review; it does not replace instructors, textbooks, or professional advice.

Yes. An account keeps your uploaded documents and generated study material connected to you. You may sign in with Google or another sign-in method made available on the site.

Google provides the basic account information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address, name, and profile image. MCQPREP does not receive your Google password or access your Google Drive unless a separate permission is clearly requested.

MCQPREP currently accepts PDF documents up to 25 MB and 300 pages. Password-protected, damaged, or unsupported PDFs may be rejected. Upload only material you own or have permission to use.

No. Your local file is not modified. Before storage, MCQPREP validates the upload and creates a safer server-side copy that removes unsupported active content, embedded scripts, forms, and similar features.

Yes. You can move a document to Trash and permanently delete it from there. Permanent deletion cannot be undone and also removes study material tied to that document, subject to limited backups and records that must be kept for security or legal reasons.

MCQPREP uses OpenAI models to generate study content from the text you choose to process. Model selection may vary by feature, quality, availability, and operational needs.

No. Generated questions, answers, summaries, and rewrites can contain mistakes or omit context. Review important material against your original document and trusted course sources before relying on it.

You can review the full set at once or use the focused one-card-at-a-time view. The focused view supports next and previous controls, keyboard navigation, and swipe gestures on supported devices.

Study Hub is a planned collaboration space for inviting friends and studying together. It is marked “Coming soon” while its access, moderation, and privacy controls are being completed.

MCQPREP tokens are internal usage credits for generating study material. They are not cryptocurrency, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. The required amount is shown before a supported generation begins.

Yes. A first-time signup receives 50 starter tokens. Additional promotional tokens may be available through active MCQPREP redemption codes.

Enter an active code on the Tokens page. Each account can redeem each code once, and the stated token amount is added after the code and shared-pool availability are verified.

Short usage limits protect accounts, uploads, and APIs from abuse and automated attacks. Wait for the time shown and try again. Repeated login failures or unusually frequent requests may result in a longer temporary restriction.

Not yet. Online payments are currently disabled while the payment system is being completed and tested. No payment will be collected through MCQPREP until purchasing is enabled.

MCQPREP offers one-time token packages with fixed prices. USD payments use Stripe Checkout, while Nigerian-naira payments use Flutterwave. Tokens are added only after the status, amount, currency, and payment identifiers have been verified.

Stripe shows eligible methods for USD checkout. Flutterwave supports eligible local methods for naira checkout. Available methods can vary by customer, device, location, and provider configuration.

No. Payment details are entered and processed through Stripe Checkout. MCQPREP stores only the transaction information needed to verify the purchase and credit the correct account; it does not receive or store full card or bank credentials.

Do not immediately pay again. Payment confirmation may occasionally be delayed, and verified provider webhooks will retry automatically. If the tokens still do not appear, contact support with your account email and payment reference.

A cancelled or unsuccessful checkout does not add tokens. If the payment was not completed, you can return to the Tokens page and try again when ready.

No. Uploaded files are stored in private storage and access is checked against your signed-in account. Do not upload highly sensitive records unless they are necessary for your study purpose.

MCQPREP does not sell personal information. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is used, which service providers process it, and the choices available to you.
