Rules for using MCQPREP
These terms govern your account, uploaded materials, AI-generated study content, and use of the MCQPREP service.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, uploading a file, or using MCQPREP, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. A user below the age at which independent consent is permitted must use the service only with authorization from a parent, guardian, or educational institution.
The service and your account
MCQPREP converts user-provided PDFs into AI-assisted exams, flashcards, summaries, and rewritten questions. Features, supported formats, token allowances, and limits may change for security, quality, legal, or operational reasons. You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or used to evade service limits.
Your content
You retain ownership of rights you hold in uploaded materials and prompts. You grant MCQPREP a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, sanitize, transmit, and process that content only as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and process the content. The license ends upon deletion, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal-preservation periods.
AI output and educational use
Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular course. It is study assistance, not an official answer key, accreditation service, professional advice, or replacement for instruction. Verify important information against the source material and instructor guidance. Follow your institution’s examination, attribution, collaboration, copyright, and AI-use rules.
Acceptable use
You may not violate law or another person’s rights; upload malware or unauthorized confidential information; bypass authentication or usage limits; probe, scrape, disrupt, or resell the service without permission; impersonate another person; facilitate prohibited academic dishonesty; generate unlawful abuse or exploitation; or process personal information without a lawful basis. Security research requires prior written authorization.
Copyright
Upload only content you created, content in the public domain, openly licensed content, or material you are otherwise authorized to process. Educational access alone does not necessarily permit reproduction or distribution. Generated results may reflect protected parts of a source and must not be republished without the required rights.
Suspension and termination
The operator may proportionately restrict or terminate access to address violations, protect users or systems, comply with law, or prevent harm. Where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided. You may stop using MCQPREP at any time and may request account deletion.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCQPREP is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free output. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of data, grades, opportunity, or profits. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Changes and governing terms
Material changes will be published with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice through the service. The actual operator must publish its legal identity, address, governing law, venue, and any region-specific consumer terms before commercial launch. Mandatory rights in a user’s home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
